Returns and Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love your VEDA purchase and enjoy them for many years to come!

However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we offer returns on our orders.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days.

To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all Veda Official pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging.

We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense.

Once we receive your return, and asses, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed and then you will receive an email with the details of your refund. 

Please note that postage to send an item back for a refund will be at the customer’s own expense.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour. 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Veda Official has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/perfume and it will be returned to the customer. 

The item/s must be returned to the address provided by Veda Official before the refund is processed. The cost of the original freight and return to the warehouse will not be reimbursed or refunded as mentioned under the Australian Consumer Law. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to issue the refund. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
